I can’t believe my little Amelia turns 1 in two days! This year has gone by way too fast.
And to top it all off, our little boy is due in just 3 short months!
These baked french fries are an easy side to add to any meal…or just a great way to use up your extra potatoes.

This past weekend I joined with my friend Shana from S. Elle Designs and we did our very first Holiday Boutique!
Let me just say that we felt very overwhelmed watching all of these obvious veterans of the Boutique circuit set up their booths, but I think we did a pretty good job for first-timers!
Shana did an amazing job on her handmade cards! I wish I had close ups to show you.
The white vintage window shown got a lot of looks but no buyers…but my Mom is happy because she wanted it for Christmas. Lol
This table was my stuff. I had bibs, coffee cozies, lovie blankets, baby headbands, and flower hair clips.
It came as a huge surprise to me but my coffee cozies were my best seller.
They do make great teacher gifts paired with a gift card.
Here is a close up of my Lovie Blankets…
Stay tuned because they are going up on Etsy!
And here are Shana’s fabulous fall wreaths! She still has some available, if you are interested let me know!
Overall we had a lot of fun and I can’t wait to do another one!
Keep checking my shop because I am going to add the items left over from the boutique!
(give me at least until the weekend though because my poor baby girl is sick)
Sorry I have been neglecting my blog, I have about 10 posts waiting to be written. It’s just I have been preparing for my very first Boutique!! So stay tuned for pictures from that.
But now for what you’ve all been waiting for…Amelia’s adorable Lady Bug Halloween costume!
Isn’t she the cutest lady bug you’ve ever seen??
I am quite proud of the costume. I made the headband and tutu myself. The leotard and leggings are from Target
Then to make the night even more perfect there was a lady bug car at the Trunk ‘N Treat.
How was your Halloween?
My office put on a fall Dessert Contest the Friday before Halloween.
There were 2 categories to vote for: creativity and taste.
This was a 4 layer cake (each layer was a different flavor).
These were cake pops dipped in white chocolate.
Raspberry cheesecake pastries.
Rocky Road Pizza.
Chocolate Truffles.
These were delicious warm with a little butter.
What is your favorite fall dessert?
Last night was Erik’s Senior Homecoming football game! The whole family came out to cheer him on.
Check it out!
*I’m sorry in advance for most of the pictures being blurry*
Here is the banner the team ran through before the game.
