Wii Fit Wednesday – Week 3
So this week turned out to be not so great in the weight loss category. I ate out at Panera, Costco, and In-N-Out, not to mention my husband bought me a tub of cookie dough as an “I’m Sorry” present. Needless to say, I ended up gaining 0.2 lbs. I will have to try harder to eat healthier and work out this week to make up for those 0.2 lbs. I am going to increase my daily sit-ups to 40 this week and hopefully that will give me a positive result for next week.
My new weight loss goal is now 46 pounds. Check back next week to see how I’m doing.
